I enjoyed a relatively long break from the daily grind and have come back incredibly refreshed. While I still have yet to take a proper vacation (i.e. anything longer than two days), a couple days off from the regular work week + weekend can make a huge difference for the soul and mind.
While I would not necessarily associate Las Vegas, NV with relaxing, for me, it was. I have never been much of a clubber so I wasn't hanging out there. I sought relaxation at the spa, the pool, the restaurants, the stores (naturally), and even the museums. Whatever you want to call my trip, I was able to check off several things on my Vegas bucket list - a different list than my last Vegas trip. Yay!
seen from IG - excited to finally wear this Free People bralette
And this Free People dress
Clockwise: spotting the Benefit "Glam Up & Away" kiosk at the airport // gilded radiance and purple blooms in the lobby // Big Buddha // big, bold butterfly-filled lobby
Clockwise: so proud of myself that I kept up my workout routine (FYI: I never took a selfie at the gym before) // spa day! // pool day! // high-waisted bikini day!
FOOD, FOOD, FOOD
