Wednesday Whim - DNA Plants

all images via Art Director: Gem Fletcher via Behance (photography: Victoria Ling, Set Designer: Sarah Parker)

My attraction to colors and patterns is pretty obvious on this blog, yes? I happened to come across the work of Gemma Fletcher, Sarah Parker and Victoria Ling and I was immediately intrigued. The personal project explores plant cells and DNA and features bold patterns and colors as a result. Stickers cover the plants that are inspired by the structure of their cells. As Victoria Ling describes it, these are "very pimped up pot plants.

  5. I love the prints!! It's so weird, I never used to even really notice cool prints, and now I'm really drawn to them too. I think Pinterest may be to blame?
