There's nothing quite like being around family and friends that makes a person feel re-energized. The hubs and I were in LA where we were surrounded by family, visited some old stomping grounds (where we had our first unofficial first date!), met up with good friends, watched a surprisingly hilarious movie (Hotel Transylvania) and indulged in good food and good weather.
I kept my outfit easy since the weather was WARM and I didn't want to feel burdened with layers. My lightweight dress and shirt were perfect together since I could take off my shirt when I was outdoors and throw it back on when I was indoors. Don't you love it when it's that simple?
I know what you mean about family being a re-charge. It's so nice to have them close enough that little trips like that are possible! Totally loving your neon sandals, by the way!
