Blue & Pink

Shirt: H&M Boys, Skirt: H&M, Heels: Gap (similar here), Accessories: J.Crew necklace, Banana Republic bracelet, Jimmy Choo for H&M bracelet, Burberry watch, F21 ring, Karen Walker sunglasses

Thank you to all of you who said such nice comments about my Friday Feature post. It's the little things that count and I greatly appreciate your lovely support!

If you follow me on Twitter or Instagram, then you probably figured out that I was out of town and in LA over the weekend. It was such a whirlwind trip since we cram in so much. I even got to see one of my oldest and dearest friends from school and hung out a lot later than usual (what can I say..I'm an old fart). But, it was sooo nice to catch up.

The weather was equally beautiful in LA (at least on Saturday) as I heard as it was in SF. I wish I could have been in two places at once. Yesterday, the weather cooled down a bit (in SF) but I still wanted to keep a fun and easy look so I paired my favorite pink pleated skirt with a kid's (boy's) gingham blue shirt tied at the waist (instead of tucking into the skirt). It was a bright combination that I enjoyed.
