While most people are enjoying today with a day off from work in honor of President's Day, I'm working in the office. No biggie but of course, I'd rather be snuggled in bed with a cup of coffee.
I spent most of this weekend enjoying the "little things." My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing date night (dinner in the Marina and a movie at home), I caught up with more episodes of my new favorite show Downton Abbey, and we overheard the music coming from the Warren Hellman memorial concert from Ocean Beach (we live very close-by). So very exciting huh?
This H&M maxi dress reflected my lazy weekend. It's easy to wear, lightweight and has enough pattern to make me feel accessorized without adding any. The only hiccup with it is that it is incredibly long on my short self so I tucked it in with a belt. Easy as that.
Having a non-eventful weekend is a nice way to recuperate. This is especially true since we're hitting the road again next weekend for LA. It'll be jam packed as usual.

I love your dress, and the color of your booties is amazing! I've heard such great things about Downtown Abbey. I think I'll have to watch a few episodes.
