This weekend, I’m very much looking forward to the Golden Globes for the fashion, the people and the general entertainment. It’s always something that I have on the television. As a treat for the weekend, I’ll attempt this wonderful recipe I discovered while watching “America’s Test Kitchen” (one of my favorite cooking shows). I am not a sophisticated baker, but this recipe for their Triple Chocolate Mousse sounds too amazing to pass up. It’s a delicate and time-consuming process, but the end result seems worth it. Attention is paid to each layer and applied accordingly. I don't anticipate my layers will look as clean as it appears in the photo, but I can’t wait to taste it!
