Based on my IG feed, you can assume my penchant to purchase fresh flowers is strong. Flowers embody the essence of everything I see as romantic, feminine, sweet, charming and, at times, even sexy. The fragility and strength of flowers is beautiful. So seeing the work of Rebecca Louise Law is certainly alluring, to say the least.
Using suspended flowers as her medium of choice she is able to transform "regular" spaces into art. She explores the relationship between nature and humans and she states that
Most of my installations are reflecting what's happening in nature by looking at plant patterns or observing the way something grows. Then I imagine these themes in real life and times that by a thousand so that it becomes fantasy. With over 17 years of experience working with natural materials, she has transformed numerous spaces and has been commissioned by numerous brands including high-fashion names like Hermes, Jimmy Choo, Gucci, Max Mara and more. If it's possible. she has made flowers more magical and stunning to look at.
Ohh wow these pictures are stunning!

Oh my gosh--- what insanely gorgeous installments! I would LOVE to experience this for myself. I rarely (read: never) wear floral prints, but I am crazy for the real thing…. gorgeous!
