Did any of you have an obsession with stars growing up? I sure did. In fact, I was obsessed with the stars and moon. Physics and me didn't get along much growing up but, when the class focused on the stars and moon my interest piqued. For that short period of time, we put our differences aside and we worked well together. Ultimately, I grew up and grew out of that obsession but, I had a nostalgic moment putting these two star-print pieces together.
With such a dark color palette, I wore bright-colored accessories to offset the mood of the outfit. My new favorite Ettika tassel bracelet has been a welcome change to my arm candy armory. The colors are unique together and the bracelet has a nice weight to it. For you readers interested in hand-crafted jewelry (made in Los Angeles, CA) and being an Ettikanista, you can use the code EXCL25 for 25% off.
This outfit is so cute! I love the stars on stars! That skirt is especially unique, and the leather jacket is a fantastic layer.

YES!! I can't even tell you how much I was obsessed with stars! My friends always gave me star-shaped gifts because it was my favorite thing ever. lol!! I think I've outgrown them, but I love love this outfit, lady!! You look stunning! Love that bag!!
ReplyDeleteThank you for visiting my blog, following you now. I love that you love dark palettes. I cant wait to see more from now on. I gravitate to dark colors...it gives the body a illusion of a smaller silhouette. At least in MY case :).
