Sleeveless shirt: H&M (old), Camo pants: Zara (old), Heels: Sole Society, Accessories: Karen Walker sunglasses, vintage and Alisa Michelle via Hautelook bracelets, La Mer x Target leopard wrap watch, Catbird NYC rings, bombom dainty ring (c/o), INPINK blue ring (c/o), Loeffler Randall Rider Bag
I never considered myself a matchy-matchy outfit type of girl but pairing this minted shirt with this minted bag seemed like a smart pairing (please excuse the wrinkles on the shirt!). I also never considered myself much of a pastel gal but clearly I'm not convincing myself of that fact either. To toughen up this look, I wore camo pants, which has quickly become a neutral in my closet. Despite the trendy vibe, I really enjoyed trying out things I normally don't consider part of my style.
Do you try things you never considered part of your style?
loving that mint purse!

Agreed! Love the mix of springy pastels and tough camo! I love my camo pants too and I never really saw myself getting on that bandwagon. That is one of my favorite things about blogging--it causes me to try styles I normally would not.
ReplyDeletethe mint and camo together looks great. love your sparkly shoes nancy :D

I'm not really a pastels girl either, but I love mint! I'd probably end up toughening it up too. Still love these camo pants!

I also enjoy mixing things up a bit every once in awhile, but it's hard to step out of my fashion-comfort-zone. :)

ReplyDeleteTrendy Teal
i pry don't try things often enough, but i like the idea of camo pants a lot!
ReplyDeleteI love the matching of the mint, I think it works really well here! Lately I have been trying to wear things I wouldn't normally consider "my style", not sure if they're working out though ;)
ReplyDeleteWhen it comes to fashion, I've learnt never say never. I too tell myself sometime that is one trend/look I will never wear and then a few weeks later I try it and actually end up liking it.

Its hard for me to try things that aren't my style. But I believe is a great way to find new styles to love.
ReplyDeleteSeriously obsessed with that bag. And I think the colors are off just enough so that they coordinate instead of being matchy matchy! Love it!

It's so funny that you find this out of your style comfort zone because, it's gorgeous and also, seems very 'you'!
ReplyDeleteMy current thing outwith my comfort zone are those crazy glasses but I'm warming to them...

Such a cute look! I am obsessed with your mint bag. And I try to step out of my comfort zone some- not too far but far enough! I normally am really girly girl, but I try to toughen it up sometimes or go a little out on a limb...
