It's not really THAT warm outside but let's just say that I'm trying to will the warmer temperatures back to SF. I decided to break out my shorts but layered a long sleeve with my jean jacket to cover up. I felt my outfit became more chic with a pair of colored high heeled sandals so I threw those on.
Oh, and you might notice a few bruises on my legs. Not to worry, I just...oh...ya know...fell off my bike while I was riding with a friend. What a geek! =)
P.S. It goes without saying (or maybe it should be said loud and clear), my hearts are with families affected in Boston... (image via Daily Candy).
I am loving the pattern on these shorts!!! And they're perfect with the top and denim jacket. Such a great transition look

Ugh, yes. Such a tragedy in Boston. I seriously am so scared for the kind of world my son has to live in in the future. :( Maybe we'll move to Canada. LOL. Anyway, I love your skirt! It looks so preppy with the jean jacket! And I always get crazy random bruises on my legs! And they stick around forever! <3

Gosh! I was eyeballing those Target heels forever and ultimately decided against them. You and your fabulous ways are making me seriously regret that! They look beautiful. You look beautiful.

ReplyDeleteIt's not even warm enough for skirts here yet! (Love your skirt by the way!) I'm dying to break out all my spring/summer clothes but we've barely finished winter. Glad to have found your blog :) xo

I love how you're rocking a jean jacket with the Rebecca Minkoff. I own a Morning After bag by her (very similar to yours) and it has held up for three straight years. Just this spring I bought my very first jean jacket and I could NOT be more excited about it.
ReplyDeleteLoving this look. Thanks for stopping over to LBTL, looking forward to following along with you here!

Great shorts! As always, love your pattern mixing & the added pop of color with your heels! I think I would rather have your bruise leg than my ugly scar on my shin. Hope you are okay, I am hazard to myself.
