I haven't met a woman (or man) who fails to see the beauty in flowers. They are bright, brilliant, beautiful and fragrant. But, I have not seen flowers this way before.
NY-based (fashion) photographer, Torkil Gudnason, created a series called Electric Blossom that casts bouquets in (extreme) unnatural lighting. The flowers look surreal and even Photoshopped. The light casts harsh neon lighting that makes them seem fake. Where people often see flowers as graceful creations from Mother Natures, Gudnason has transformed them with extreme color and light in to a floral fantasy.
You can see more of Gudnason's work here and even purchase a book/prints here.
