Here we are, back at it on a Monday! Did you watch the Oscars? Of course, I watched the entire program but I was even happier that I managed to watch Silver Linings Playbook and Lincoln before Sunday (as I mentioned here). Aside from movie talk, what did you think of the fashion? I was surprised at how many strapless dresses actresses wore but for the most part, everyone looked beautiful (although, I didn't care much for Kirsten Stewart, though I felt bad that she was in crutches). I was mostly shocked (in a great way) that Helen Hunt wore an H&M dress!
Besides the Oscars, I had a great weekend catching up with friends, meeting new ones and spending time with my husband...even if it was just at the laundromat. Because I threw a lot of things into the laundry basket, I ended up wearing another fun mix of patterns. I love when that happens!
What did you do?
I am loooving the print mixing here!! That polka dot blouse is perfection. I didn't get to watch the oscars but I'm excited for all the fashion recaps today

Adorb outfit! Love the play on prints!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun mix! I absolutely love your lipstick. Stunning!
ReplyDeleteThat skirt is fabulous.
ReplyDeleteI loved the Oscars. The puppet socks rocked.
I kept wondering if Kristen had just rolled out of bed. Not a fan of the hair. That combined with the wobbling due to the broken leg made her look like she was drunk.

I did catch the Oscars last night! I think I would have to say that Jennifer Lawrence and Kerry Washington wore my two favorite dresses!

First, I love the paisley and the polka dots! Second, I loved that so many ladies had strapless dresses (my fave - always). And yay for Helen Hunt for going non-couture! :)
