Happy 2013!
After a much needed break from work (and from sitting on the computer everyday and from the realities of life) I'm back! Thank you for visiting and for continuing to be a part of my blog. Without a doubt, I am grateful to have an outlet like this blog and to have you as my reader.
It's surreal how quickly time flies the older you get. I feel like an old fart sometimes. The best days are often quiet and reflective for me. Do you ever feel that way? What did you guys do to celebrate Christmas and the New Year? My celebration was pretty low-key but fun. I am definitely grateful to have another year with my family and friends. As cliche as it sounds, my break was filled with joy and laughter. We didn't go anywhere far or do anything extraordinary but, it was just what I needed. Being around family and friends reminded me of how important it is to stay connected and say what you mean to each other.
Wishing you all the best! Glad to be back at it!
This skirt is perfection x

Happy New Year! Love the skirt - I was so tempted to buy a very similar skirt in black but was worried I won't get much mileage out of it. I love how you made it a bit more laid back with your tee.
