SF was incredibly beautiful this weekend and by the looks of it, this work week will be just as gorgeous (weather wise). When the temperature rises by any fraction in SF, everyone ventures outdoors. Parks fill up, the beach turns into a hot spot and restaurants attract more guests who are out and about. You can always recognize a native SF-er by how pale their legs are compared to their arms. A fact I find most amusing (myself included). But, you can't really avoid the desire to wear shorts, skirts or dresses when the sunny weather just begs for it. Who cares if you haven't sprayed on your tan yet...

Compared to most weekends, my husband and I had a very low-key and very relaxing weekend. It was great to do nothing (even though - I admit - I had moments where I felt like I needed to do something). We definitely needed to recharge since we are going to have a jam-packed weekend coming up. Generally speaking, there will be lots of friends, family and children around.
