Feeling Touristy

Top: F21, Jacket: Madewell (similar here), Skirt: Aritzia, Boots: Asos (similar here), Accessories: Cynthia Rowley for Target bag, J.Crew, Banana Republic, Vintage, BCBG, Anthropologie, F21, Michael Kors watch, Karen Walker sunglasses

Despite having been a born and bred SF resident, I still have not seen a lot of the tourist attractions. Not because I don't want to go see them, but because I don't want to deal with traffic and crowds. Lame, huh?

As a child, visiting the Marin Headlands was rare. But, when we did visit it was WORTH the view and the drive across the Golden Gate Bridge. On a clear day, I can see all across the Bay, and even on foggy days, I find the buildings that pop through the SF skyline intriguing.

My husband and I were in the North Bay this weekend visiting new friends and running errands. We decided to grab some breakfast and stop by the Marin Headlands for a picturesque day. The winds were definitely present, but we knew the view would be amazing. We almost got blown down trying to take pictures, but we loved every minute. We even bumped into old friends passing by with their cameras. It's a small world.

We embraced everything about the day...the view, the wind, and the tourism feel of living in the Bay Area...
