I felt a bit Parisian in this outfit - in a sort-of-obvious, darker palette way.  I have a particular attachment to this outfit because of all the small details:  the peek-a-boo dots coming from underneath the sweater, the scalloped trim of the skirt, and the pink tie at the neck of the sweater.  They are all so minor but they make me smile because it feels playful.  Ironically, the outfit is based upon darker neutrals (navy, black, and gray) so that I don't feel like an adult in kid's clothes.  An important detail.
