Hat: F21, Sweater, Pants: H&M, Jacket: Thrifted, Shoes: Thrifted Enzo Angiolini, Clutch: Clare Vivier

I'm ready for fall and can't wait to start layering up.  I picked up this sweater from H&M for practically nothing and love the simplicity of it.  While it's not the warmest, it's still a great layering piece.  I'll definitely get my money's worth out of it.

The weekend was packed with a lot of errands, events and friends but everything else was quite typical.  Although, like most Mondays, I can't wait for the next one to come!
