A Little Bit of This & A Little Bit of That

My future in-laws (wow...that is kind of surreal to say) were in town over the weekend so my fiance and I took them to one of favorite casual brunch spots - Q Restaurant in SF.  We felt so "hip" that we actually went there before it was featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives.  

It was a jam-packed weekend - literally - since it was also Pride Weekend and the day we met them was the day of the parade.  Unfortunately, they took a wrong turn and ended up getting stuck in traffic while we waited...and waited...and waited.  But, we took it all in stride as we sat at the bar and ended up bumping into one of our friends.

Thank goodness we had such a great bar guy.  Semi-endless mimosas sure help pass the time.
