I look forward to Fridays every week. This weekend, I intend to enjoy the weather, a stack of magazines, home-cooked food, and lovely glasses of wine.
This weekend will also be filled with spurts of yelling due to the 2010 World Cup. I may not be a die-hard fan...but even I realize how sacred this is for some.
As many people continue to look for more creative (i.e. financially smart) ways to enjoy the weekend, I find it a treat to be able to spend a lovely weekend with the people I care about on a budget! There's something reassuring about knowing a good deal when you see one. Good food, good friends, and good times.
